First 10K run

Ran a 10K on July 4th - the Volkslaufe in Frankenmuth. Official time = 1:12:20 = 11:39 min/mile.
Fun time, great weather, good family time. Now I have a time to improve upon.

Going to concentrate on strength and doing one or two races a year.
